Announcement | Whispers of Integrity: Anti-Corruption Education Book Fair is About to Open
To further nurture a culture of integrity, we aim to guide our faculty and students to firmly establish the idea of "building a clean campus together" and lay a solid foundation for cultivating a culture of integrity. We aim to create a wholesome environment for education and raise awareness of integrity among our faculty and students. We encourage our faculty and students to draw nourishment from books on integrity and wisdom in governance, thereby promoting the cultivation of integrity in personal life and family life, and popularizing the trend of upholding integrity and rejecting corruption in society. Wenzhou-Kean University Library, working with the Wenzhou-Kean University Office of Supervision and Wenzhou-Kean University English Language Center, has set up a special integrity education book fair on the 3rd floor of SLAC. We warmly welcome faculty and students to read these books.

Integrity is an unchanging moral principle, and self-discipline is an eternal spiritual pursuit. As society progresses and the economy grows, and the price of interest exchanges rises. However, regardless of how history develops or how times change, respecting and valuing integrity will always be the call of the times and an enduring theme for the public. Integrity needs to be cultivated bit by bit, requires unwavering effort, and demands relentless struggle against one's slackness, indulgence, and despondency. Throughout history, many sages and virtuous people have had profound insights on integrity, leaving many valuable maxims for posterity. Even more commendably, many famous figures have set personal examples, using their stories to educate and inspire others. We can surely draw nourishment for self-cultivation and self-discipline from them.
The Integrity Education Book Fair is precisely based on the aforementioned idea, integrating anti-corruption advocacy with the promotion of campus integrity culture. It features stories of integrity and self-discipline from famous people throughout history and excellent anti-corruption themed books. The exhibition has five sections: Historical Reflection on Integrity, Anti-Corruption Literature, Clean Governance and Cases, Holistic Approaches, and Party Conduct and Integrity. From this, we can draw wisdom, cultivate a righteous spirit, resist corruption, and uphold integrity and self-discipline. Let’s work together to build a culture of integrity, providing strong disciplinary support for the construction of a high-level, international university.
In the book fair, there are a lot of books, and each book seems to be a wise man, telling the power of integrity in silence. They will take you through the corridor of history and lead you into the practice of integrity in contemporary society. Integrity is the spiritual background color of college students, which is not only related to personal moral cultivation but also related to social fairness and justice. In this era full of challenges and opportunities, integrity education is particularly important.
Therefore, we sincerely invite you to bring your desire for knowledge and cleanliness to this book fair. Let each book become the lighthouse of your soul, lighting your way forward; let each story of integrity become the coordinates of your life, guiding you to walk more firmly and calmly on the future road.
