我馆数字图书馆与馆藏建设负责人、美国华人图书馆员协会会长杨乐老师受邀参加2018年5月27日至6月2日分别在成都和廊坊召开的中国图书馆年会会前会-“阅读 城市 文化——图书馆、书店融合发展国际高峰论坛”和“中国图书馆年会——中国图书馆学会年会暨中国图书馆展览会”。 会议期间，杨乐老师与国际图联主席、国际图联秘书长、美国图书馆协会国际办公室主任以及来自英国、澳大利亚、新加坡、印度等十几个国家的国家图书馆和图书馆学会领导一起，参加了一系列由中国国家图书馆、中国图书馆学会组织的会议和论坛，共同探讨新时代下中国图书馆事业的发展和未来规划。 美国华人图书馆员协会负责主题为“图书馆技术应用与创新”的第三学术分会场，杨乐老师以美国华人图书馆协会会长身份上台致分会场欢迎辞并做第一个学术报告。 杨乐老师同时受邀参加由全国图书馆学教育委员会举办的第一分会场的圆桌会议，与众多图书馆学界专家学者一起探讨图书馆学教育，面对新时代，分析新需求，勾勒新领域，共话图书馆学教育未来发展。 在科研数据管理基础研究和系统研发领域，杨乐老师在中美学术界都有一定的涉及并已取得了初期的相关成果。在此次会议期间，中国科学院…
