Aiming at helping our patrons gain familiarity with databases provided by Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU) Library, WKU Library has been cooperating with providers of databases to launch series of workshops. The WKU Library Workshop Series III is EBSCO training.

EconLit with Full Text and DDA (Demand Driven Acquisition) eBooks are available for WKU patrons on EBSCOhost.

EconLit with Full Text offers full text for more than 660 journals including the American Economic Association journals with no embargo. In addition to extensive full-text coverage, the database contains indexing and abstracts for economic journals.

Demand Driven Acquisition or DDA is a method for acquiring eBooks that allows patron usage to contribute to the eBook selection process. Currently 7,940 eBooks are accessible in the DDA collection and cover various subjects including business, economics, social science, science and technology etc.

In this workshop, you can acquire knowledge about the introduction of EBSCO Econlit with Full Text database and DDA eBook database and how to use these resources via EBSCOhost platform, which will help you more effectively use this platform for research.
