📚 Library Foreign Language Book Fair——October 2024

Dear WKUers,

To enhance your reading experience and promote high-quality import print books, the library will be hosting the 5th "You Select, We Collect" Book Fair from October 14 to October 17, 2024. Over 8,000 titles from world-renowned publishers will be on display, covering various academic subjects offered by our university including social sciences, economics, architecture and design, computer science, mathematical science, and educational administration. This collection aims to meet the teaching, learning, and research needs of our readers.

【Highlights】:

· Personalized Book Selection: Choose the books you’d like the library to purchase. After review and processing, they will be available for borrowing.

· VR Metaverse Experience: Immerse yourself in an exciting virtual world with cutting-edge technology.

· Interactive Activities: Enjoy various interactive events and experiences throughout the fair.

🕰️【Hours】: 8:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.

📚【Date】: October 14-17,2024 (Mon.-Thu.)

📍【Venue】: Multi-Function Hall 104, 1st Floor, SLAC

(Student Learning & Activity Center)

👥【Participants】: All students, faculty and staff

The Fair will be held both online and on-site. To participate in the online book fair, simply scan the QR code below.

【Important Notes】:

· Book Availability: After the fair concludes, the recommended book lists will be processed. The processing period is approximately 60 days. All available library books can be searched through the Library's Discover Retrieval System.
