Job description
Event Planning and Execution
-
Creative Planning: participate in brainstorming for the planning and execution of art hall exhibitions, reading corner planning, and readers program.

Publicity and promotion: design posters/tweets to attract more participants with creativity.

On-site execution: act as event host, photographic record or logistic role.

Responsibility MAX: Meticulous and conscientious approach to work, able to complete tasks on time.

Communication master: patiently listen to the needs of the team, clearly express the solution.

Team cooperation master: actively cooperate with partners, take the initiative to fill in the position without shirking responsibilities.

Time management master: balancing school and work time.

Bonus points: PS/PR skills, photography and video skills, event planning experience, foreign language skills, copywriting.
