WKU Library received 104 applications for the WKU Library Scholarship program by the deadline of March 8, 2026. The Library and the Award Committee appreciate the applicants’ interest in the scholarship program and the well-prepared application packages. Below is the list of applications received. If you submitted an application package and are not on the list below please contact the library at (library@wku.edu.cn) before March 16, 2026.

Transcript Submission Arrangement

Some applicants have submitted their scholarship applications by the deadline but were unable to provide their unofficial transcripts due to administrative delays.

After careful review by the Scholarship Award Committee, applicants who have completed their scholarship application but not yet uploaded unofficial transcripts must submit the required documents via email to library@wku.edu.cn by March 16 (Monday). Late submissions will not be accepted.

Please note that any incomplete application packages WILL NOT considered after March 16, 2026. The last submitted materials shall prevail if the application materials are submitted more than once. Upon submitting a scholarship application to the library, applicants will be equally eligible to compete for three scholarships: WKU Library Scholarship, the CEPIEC Scholarship, and the PUP-WKU Scholarship. In accordance with the guidelines ( https://library.wku.edu.cn/en/scholarship) and the policy (https://library.wku.edu.cn/en/policies), the Award Committee will evaluate applicants based on their academic and scholarly qualifications.

The qualifications include:

▪ GPA (refers to the overall GPA, excluding the Chinese curriculum)

▪ Research activities

▪ Academic honors and awards

▪ Community engagement and extra curriculum activities

The Award Committee will recommend the awardees to the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs for final approval.
