A City-Wide Reading Event: "One City, One Read"
As spring unfolds, so do the pages of a book.
Marking the first "National Reading Week" since the implementation of the National Reading Promotion Regulations, Wenzhou Library, together with libraries across the city and university libraries, proudly launches "One City, One Read" —a citywide reading event that invites everyone to share in the joy of reading.
In celebration of this initiative, Wenzhou-Kean University Library invites all staff, faculty and students to join a 21-Day Shared Reading Check-In. Participants can choose a book based on their interests, scan the QR code to join the reading group, and engage in guided reading. Through daily check-ins and weekly discussions, readers can stay on track and deepen their reflections.
After the event, outstanding participants will be recognized as "Outstanding Shared Reader," "Outstanding Group Leader," and "Excellent Organizing Group." The most insightful reading reflections will also be featured, becoming part of the city’s annual reading memory.
