Immersive Reading Activity | 525 Mental Health Day Special
“Keine Bücher bringen Glück. Aber sie führen uns heimlich zu uns selbst.”
Amid the hustle and bustle of life, have you grown used to chasing the world, only to forget how to listen to yourself? As the pages of life turn one after another, have you ever paused to ask your heart: Are you doing okay?
"May 25th Mental Health Day" is a gentle footnote written just for you. Let go of anxiety and the pursuit of perfection. Open a book, quiet your thoughts, and let your soul find its way home.
Read to understand yourself, and read to delight in yourself — between the lines, you may just meet the version of you that's becoming clearer and more whole.

Reading is not an escape from reality,
but a way to make peace with yourself. In those quiet moments immersed in words, may you gently feel:
The world may not always be kind—
but you can choose to be kind to yourself.
