Speaker's Biography:Dr. Chee-Seng Tan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Wenzhou-Kean University and Director of the university’s Well-Being and Strengths Research Center. He also serves as an Associate Editor for Applied Research in Quality of Life and Frontiers in Psychology. With extensive experience in positive psychology, he is deeply interested in human potential and the ways people can live more meaningful lives. Dr. Tan enjoys contemplating life and believes that everything has both bright and dark sides—a perspective that informs his research, teaching, and community engagement. He is passionate about using scientific methods to explore practical ways to enhance well-being, creativity, and personal growth. He has conducted training on creativity, growth mindset, and psychological wellness for schools, organizations, and communities.
