Sino-foreign cooperative programs are now a flagship of China’s higher-education internationalization. At the heart of every campus, libraries serve as both knowledge hubs and cultural landmarks. We are at a historic intersection of globalization, digital transformation, and smart-library services. To advance resource sharing, innovation, and collaboration, Wenzhou-Kean University Library will host the 2025 Sino-Foreign University Library Annual Conference from October 23 to October 25, 2025 in Wenzhou, China.
